A seafood izakaya to enjoy fresh seafood delights

Opened in April 2023 in Hikarigaoka, "Uosama Hikarigaoka" is a seafood izakaya where you can savor fresh seafood. The sashimi and freshly fried tempura made with ingredients directly delivered from Toyosu Market are exquisite. The spacious interior offers counter seats and tatami mat seating, making it convenient for solo diners and families with children. In a relaxed atmosphere, you can enjoy delicious seafood dishes.

It is located in a building directly connected to the station, creating an inviting atmosphere. The sashimi, cut thickly, was very fresh, and I was surprised by the satisfying bite of each piece. The freshly fried tempura had a crispy batter, and both the shrimp and vegetables were fluffy on the inside, delivering a delightful taste. The seafood bowl had a rich, sticky texture that paired excellently with the rice. The fish broth, infused with the umami of the fish, was also rich, providing satisfaction until the very end. With counter seats and tatami rooms available, I think it's a place that can be enjoyed casually whether alone or in a group.
