A place you can stop by during a walk or hike, the shop is lively. The 80% buckwheat soba made with buckwheat flour from Horokanai, Hokkaido, has a good texture and goes down smoothly. The meat soba has a clear broth that pairs well with the meat and tempura bits, keeping it interesting until the last bite. The udon noodles are soft and go well with the broth, providing a comforting experience. There is also a set of zaru soba and steamed rice, and the chicken and burdock rice is fragrant and satisfying. It's nice to see the use of local rice and yuzu, and the uniqueness of soba zenzai enjoyed with noodles is also fun.
