I was excited even before it started because the craftsman was making sushi right in front of me. The lunch sushi had a variety of toppings lined up, and I was happy that each piece was thick. In particular, the tuna and yellowtail were so large that they wrapped around the rice, and when I took a bite, they melted in my mouth. The fluffy chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) was rich in dashi (broth) and had a comforting, gentle flavor. The miso soup, with the aroma of sweet shrimp, was also included, providing satisfaction until the very end. The casual atmosphere allowed me to enjoy authentic sushi, which naturally brought a smile to my face.
