A New Hub for Local Burgers Packed with Okinawan Love

The beloved local hamburger chain 'Jef,' which has been cherished in the southern region, makes a much-anticipated comeback in the central area. The menu features Okinawan-inspired items like the Nuyaru Burger, which combines bitter melon and pork, as well as bitter melon fries and bitter melon soda, all praised for their surprising deliciousness. The interior, utilizing the space of a former ramen shop, includes counter seating, tables, and even tatami mat seating, making it a comfortable spot for a wide range of generations.

I'm really happy that a locally born hamburger shop has come back to the Chubu region. The interior is bright and casual, and you can feel the Okinawan vibe, making it a comfortable place. The tatami seating is unique and not something you often see in a burger shop. I had the Nuyaru burger, and the combination of fluffy egg, cheese, goya (bitter melon), and pork luncheon meat is a perfect match. There are other goya-themed menu items as well, making it fun to choose. There is parking available nearby, and I'm satisfied that I can also enjoy root beer.
