Handmade soba enjoyed in a nature-rich environment

Ki no Sato is an attractive soba restaurant surrounded by the great outdoors of Zao Town. The homemade hand-cut soba is made using buckwheat flour from Yabukawa, Iwate Prefecture, and its fragrant aroma and smooth texture are exquisite. The interior features traditional Japanese furniture, allowing guests to savor delicious soba in a tranquil atmosphere. The stone oven-baked pizza is also highly recommended and captivates visitors.

The spacious grounds and beautiful garden create a calm atmosphere that is lovely. The handmade soba has a fragrant aroma and a perfect chewiness, making it very delicious. The dipping sauce, which uses plenty of grated yam, has a deep umami flavor that makes you want to keep eating. The tempura soba is satisfying with both the tempura and the soba, and you can even enjoy a bite of dessert with kinako rice cake. The pizza baked in the outdoor oven has a crispy crust, and the shrimp is plump and tasty. Walking around the grounds, you can see flower houses and free-range chickens, making for a pleasant little stroll.
