Upon entering, the warm atmosphere is greeted by a smiling owner. The quiet interior creates a relaxed ambiance with the grandfather clock adding to the calmness. The offal stew and simmered taro, served with thoughtful care, have a gentle flavor that is very soothing. The sashimi is fresh and cut thickly, allowing you to enjoy white fish, tuna, salmon, octopus, and scallops. The seafood bowl is also generously filled, with the eel and young sardines being particularly impressive. The miso soup with nameko mushrooms, tofu, and seaweed has a wonderful aroma, making it satisfying to eat until the very end.
