The atmosphere in the restaurant is calm, with a counter and sunken seating that makes it comfortable. The separated raised areas and floor chairs are easy to use, allowing for a relaxed time. They offer a variety of dishes, from sashimi and grilled items to freshly fried specialties, with both fish and chicken cooked to perfection. In particular, the deep-fried cod is creamy and rich in flavor, while the white liver is coated in a sauce that adds depth. The grilled red shrimp is fragrant, and the fried offal has a light texture that pairs well with alcohol. The selection of sake is enjoyable, the timing of the dishes being served is good, and I was satisfied with the staff's attentiveness.
