It has the atmosphere of a traditional sushi restaurant, and you can relax right away. The ingredients are all fresh, and it's delightful to be able to enjoy even rare whale. The Noto bowl, made only with seafood from Noto, is satisfying with ten types of seafood on it. The miso soup had bamboo shoots in it, providing a comforting flavor. It's wonderful that you can use Wajima lacquered chopsticks and take them home as a souvenir. It was a meal where you could truly feel the scent of the sea while stopping by during your travels.
