The cherry blossom beef skirt is very impressive, tender, and juicy. In bite-sized cubes, the umami spreads with each mouthful, satisfying both the stomach and the heart. The center is cooked to a moist perfection, and a light sauce enhances the flavor of the meat. The homemade roast beef and thick-cut beef tongue are also visually appetizing. Chinese-style appetizers and soups are available, providing a nice crunchy texture. The interior, with its punk atmosphere and live performances, is exciting just to be in.
