It's an intimate shop with just a small counter, and being tucked away in a corner adds a bit of excitement. The roux has a light texture that doesn't rely on flour, allowing the flavors of the vegetables to gently spread, making it pleasant to eat. The fermented rice is chewy and sweet, bringing happiness with every bite. The signature dish featuring shrimp is impressive, with soft shrimp that can be eaten with the shell and colorful vegetables that pair well together. Depending on the day, you can encounter a variety of curries such as keema, offal, and pork, all showcasing careful craftsmanship. The homemade dressings and side dishes are enjoyable, and they also offer takeout, making it easy to enjoy.
