The combination of tea and Chinese cuisine is very interesting, and it excites me from the very beginning. In a calm space centered around the counter, I can leisurely enjoy the flow of the dishes. The dim sum has a slightly transparent and chewy skin, and the bouncy texture of the shrimp was impressive. The rich aroma of black sesame in the tantanmen, with its homemade thin curly noodles that cling to the soup, is the best. There are also many creative dishes, such as the idea of pairing soy meat with roasted pork and the surprise of octopus simmered in 10-year-aged pu-erh tea. The compatibility with tea is also natural, and I was able to spend a pleasant time until the end.
