Exquisite handmade soba enjoyed in a nature-rich mountain setting

Teuchi Soba Hanafuku is a hidden gem located in a nature-rich mountainous area. The handmade ni-hachi soba is characterized by its strong texture and the deliciousness that comes from the ample katsuobushi broth that clings perfectly to it. The atmosphere is homey and warm, making it a worthwhile place to visit for a pleasant time.

This soba restaurant is located in a quiet place in the mountains, featuring a warm interior that makes use of a residential space. The handmade 2:8 soba has a pleasant firmness and a smooth texture that feels good in the mouth. I ordered mori and wariko, and I was very satisfied with the strong aroma of the soba. The dipping sauce is gentle and flavorful, with a well-balanced bonito broth that makes you want to coat the noodles generously. The tempura comes in various types, is light and crispy, and pairs excellently with the soba. The goldfish and medaka at the entrance are adorable, and the friendly service from the staff made for a comfortable experience.
