Upon entering, the atmosphere resembles a small Japanese restaurant, and I feel excited by the fish in the aquarium. The menu is extensive, making the selection process enjoyable. The sashimi is fresh, and the anago (conger eel) is fragrant and very satisfying. The plump octopus and sea urchin also provide a nice accent, making it easy to keep eating. The rice is fluffy, and the small bowl of daikon has a gentle flavor. The shell-shaped dishes and elegant simmered dishes show wonderful attention to detail.
