The calm space where jazz flows in the hot spring town is pleasant. Upon entering, there are large tables and raised areas that make you feel at ease. Listening to jazz with the soft sound of a vacuum tube amplifier while slurping soba is the best time. The handmade soba has a rich aroma and a firm texture that makes it hard to stop eating. The dipping sauce is mild and light, leaving a refreshing aftertaste. The curry nanban soba has a gentle flavor that warms the body.
