A local dish from the North Shore of Kahuku. Grilled shrimp in their shells with garlic and a special sauce for a crispy finish. Enjoy the deliciousness while keeping the shells on! Please be careful of the shrimp tails while eating.
Using tender back ribs with little fat, we enhance the flavor with a special marinade and grill them to perfection with BBQ sauce.

We deep-fried the chicken wings stuffed with meat until crispy and juicy. Enjoy it even more with sweet chili sauce!!!
