The dishes are mainly made with home-grown vegetables and rice, and you can really taste the quality of the ingredients in each one. For lunch, there is a variety of vegetable side dishes, and it's delightful to see ingredients like pumpkin, bitter melon, and mushrooms cooked in a well-balanced way. The miso soup, which is packed with ingredients, and the boiled egg in the salad are also impressive, with the yolk's color being softly pale and interesting. For the main dish, you can choose from options like ginger pork, hashed beef, and bulgogi, providing satisfaction not just from the vegetables. There are seats where you can see the fields outside the window, allowing for a relaxed time even in the cozy interior. The staff are kind, and even the little touches with the dessert and coffee were enjoyable.
