Deli and Patisserie Utilizing Local Ingredients

This small delicatessen and patisserie, marked by its triangular roof, offers a wide range of takeout items including baked goods and rillettes. The tart made with Zao apples boasts an excellent balance of tartness and sweetness, while the cream puffs are praised for their crisp pastry and light cream. The selection of prepared dishes, such as mushroom chowder and pepper chicken, is also extensive, making it easy and enjoyable to create home-cooked variations.

The flavors of a chef with experience in France shine through, and you can feel the French essence in both the side dishes and desserts. They make good use of local ingredients, with the flavors of fruits and cream cheese coming through strongly. The raisin bread is aromatic, moist, and wonderfully soft. When toasted, the surface becomes crispy while the inside remains fluffy, which is very nice. The tall cream puffs are fun with their spiral cream and apple decoration, and the dough's rise is impressive. Not only the cakes but also the terrines are delicious, and they offer catering services, allowing you to enjoy them in various settings.
