At a newly opened Filipino restaurant, the interior is very clean and relaxing. There is a set with several small dishes on one plate, and each one is flavorful and satisfying. The sizzling sisig served on a hot plate is fragrant and pairs perfectly with white rice and beer. You can also enjoy Filipino beer and calamansi juice, which has a refreshing citrus aroma. The dinuguan has a pleasant richness and acidity, while the chicharrón bulaklak has a crispy, light texture that is irresistibly delicious. Mixing in halo-halo at the end leaves you feeling happy until the very last bite.
