I was able to spend time quietly in a partitioned seat, and the calm atmosphere was nice. The daily special platter came with several small dishes and pickles, and my heart leaped the moment it was served. It included tuna with grated yam, grilled flounder with miso flavor, rolled omelet, and simmered beans, providing a great sense of satisfaction. The fried quail and fried chicken were crispy and freshly made, and the miso soup had a pleasant aroma of seaweed that was comforting. It seems they take pride in their kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot), and the chicken kamameshi along with the tempura of maitake mushrooms, sweet potatoes, and okra had a refined taste. The staff's attentiveness was thorough, and I felt a sense of comfort.
