A beloved chain for udon lovers in the region

The local udon chain "Henkotsu," which operates in Ibaraki and Tochigi Prefectures, is known for its diverse menu featuring seasonal vegetables sourced from contracted farmers. The tempura is freshly fried, and the popular spicy kimchi stew udon is definitely worth a try. It has a unique chewy texture that differs from Sanuki udon, making it a favorite among local families and solo diners.

3.1

The spacious interior allows for a relaxed experience, and the parking is easy to use. The udon has a smooth texture and just the right amount of elasticity, making it easy to eat. The white broth udon has a light and refreshing flavor with a clean aftertaste. The 'Raijin' with a tantan flavor has a strong spiciness that makes you want to keep sipping the soup. The curry hot pot udon with cheese is rich and uplifting. There is a wide variety of hot pot options, and you can thoroughly enjoy a Japanese-style parfait for dessert.
