I used it for lunch, and from the appetizers to the soup, the flavors were carefully crafted and exciting. The tomato-based pasta had just the right amount of acidity, making it light and enjoyable until the end. The main meat dishes, such as the oven-roasted pork shoulder and the tender roast beef, were impressive. The sautéed fish had a nice anchovy aroma, which paired well with the accompanying grains and vegetables. The reservation-only Chicago pizza oozed cheese when cut, making it delicious enough to want to photograph. The dessert, including the Basque cheesecake and homemade sweets, was rich and satisfying even after the meal.
