In a mood-lit interior with glowing neon, there is a counter and small tables. The menu has a handmade feel, offering both Japanese and Western dishes. The hamburgers served on a hot plate are fragrant, and the mushroom-infused demi-glace pairs well. Eating them with stir-fried bean sprouts provides a good texture, and the meat's umami is well conveyed. There is a wide variety of drinks, and the white wine is refreshing and delicious. The staff is friendly, and I was satisfied even with the dessert.
