A restaurant with exquisite mentaiko

Kabata, a restaurant familiar from TV commercials. The mentaiko here is especially delicious, and I find myself coming back for more. Made with thick Hokkaido kelp and a unique pickling method, this mentaiko is thicker than regular mentaiko and is packed with plenty of umami within its spicy kick, making it perfect with rice. They also offer delicious products such as grilled salmon and grilled saury. Please give it a try.

Mentaiko has a spicy kick and a pleasant grainy texture. Just mixing it with pasta brings out its aroma, making it easy and delicious. Mentaiko-flavored seaweed tsukudani has a scent of the sea and pairs perfectly with warm rice. Karashi takana goes well with both rice and ramen, making it hard to stop eating. Sanma kabayaki has tender flesh, and the original sauce is very tasty. The rich soup and thin noodles in ramen provide a satisfying experience, making a bowl at home enjoyable.
