This chicken rice, incorporating Hainanese chicken rice and Khao Man Gai, strongly reflects the personality of this place. When mixed with plenty of vegetable salsa, the aroma rises, instantly stimulating the appetite. The rice has a subtle hint of chicken broth, which pairs well with the shredded chicken. The salsa allows you to choose the level of spiciness, and you can also enjoy toppings like cilantro, jalapeños, and flavored eggs. Even for takeout, the flavor is robust, and the bento style provides a sense of satisfaction. It's a simple restaurant focused on one dish, but the crunchiness of the vegetable salsa and the juicy chicken made it delicious until the very end.

This is a restaurant specialized in chicken rice, and the interior is clean and comfortable to spend time in. The best part is mixing the soft chicken with the rice that has the rich flavor of chicken. When you add the refreshing salsa, it becomes light and makes you want to eat more. It's great that you can choose the spiciness of the salsa to suit your preference. Toppings like cilantro, jalapeños, and flavored eggs pair perfectly, especially cilantro. It's also easy to take out, allowing you to casually enjoy a bowl with an Asian aroma.
