The nostalgic atmosphere is pleasant, and I feel excited being enveloped in the savory smoke. At the counter, familiar customers and staff are chatting, creating a warm ambiance. It's nice to be able to choose from the postings on the wall, and they friendly recommend options as well. The roasts and liver are thick, and they pair well with the miso-based sauce and garlic sauce, making the white rice go down easily. The rare offal is also grilled to perfection, with a good texture that is satisfying. The mugs are impressively large, and the well-chilled beer has a smooth foam that makes it enjoyable to drink.
