The ingredients are all fresh, and the assorted platters and tuna-focused options are very satisfying. The medium fatty tuna has a melt-in-your-mouth texture, and the balance with the rice is good. The salmon and negitoro rolls are also delicious, and it's fun to choose from various packs. When there are fewer items available, they can prepare your order, and there are no seats for dining inside the shop. Wasabi and soy sauce are purchased separately, and chopsticks are provided.
