Grilled skewers of about five eel heads. And all this for just two skewers at this price!! The handling of the gill bones is exquisite, and the aroma and texture are both wonderful. (^0^)/
A healthy dish with a generous volume, consisting of cotton tofu topped with cucumber, wakame seaweed, imitation crab sticks, freshly fried fragrant tenkasu, and plenty of soba broth poured over. The wasabi served on the edge of the bowl adds a nice accent.
The only sake brewery in the 23 wards of Tokyo, producing a clean, smooth sake with a pleasant finish.
