In a dining place surrounded by nature, both the terrace and the interior provide a pleasant experience. The soft serve ice cream enjoyed while listening to the sound of the flowing river is refreshingly cool and the best. The sashimi of iwana (a type of trout) is fresh with a crunchy texture, and the presentation on ice looks refreshing. The fried iwana has a crispy coating and a savory flavor, making it easy to eat more rice. There are also set meals with fried rainbow trout and miso-marinated grilled venison, with the venison having a slightly unique flavor. I was healed by the fresh air unique to a shop attached to a campsite, as well as the flavors of river fish and tofu.
