The counter seats are comfortable, allowing for a relaxed and unpretentious experience. The first dish had a gentle flavor, and the combination of tomato and mozzarella was refreshing. The salads and appetizers were abundant with local vegetables, and the aroma of oil and balsamic was pleasant. The pasta was customizable, and the rich carbonara particularly stood out in my memory. The homemade freshly baked bread also had a wonderful aroma, allowing for a delightful enjoyment of the sauce. The attention to detail in using different olive oils for each dish and the care taken with the herbal tea at the end left me very satisfied.
