The quality of the seafood is very good, and the excellence of the ingredients is clearly conveyed. The chawanmushi I had first was impressive with the pleasant texture of the mozuku seaweed and the aroma of the dashi. The sashimi, including sea urchin, bluefin tuna, and amberjack, all had strong umami flavors, and the grilled nodoguro melted in my mouth, bringing happiness. The simmered nodoguro was so tender that I was engrossed in eating it until the end. The fried sweet shrimp had a light batter, and its sweetness stood out, showing careful preparation even to the tail. The service was attentive and pleasant, and I enjoyed everything, from the tempura to the maki sushi and beer.
