Nestled quietly in an alley lined with residential houses, the moment you open the door, you can feel the soothing atmosphere of traditional Japan. The counter is cozy, and it's enjoyable to watch the craftsman's careful techniques up close. The dishes are completely left to the chef's discretion, and the fish from Nishinoshima that was caught that day appeared one after another. The plump yellowtail and the melting medium fatty tuna harmonized perfectly with the rice, making me involuntarily smile. The fragrant rolled omelet and the moist grilled eel sushi were also impressive, with a gentle sweetness that spread softly. Enjoying this time while chatting with the chef about fishing is a happy moment that allows you to fully experience the charm of the island.
