Cook & Coff

Set in a former jail in Ayutthaya, Cook & Coff is a prison-themed café where trained inmates prepare coffee, drinks, and baked goods. Air-conditioning, comfortable seating, and local music create a relaxed setting that contrasts with the historic surroundings. Cakes, including custard-filled varieties, are often highlighted. The café also functions as a training center that supports inmates’ reintegration into society.
