Our patty is made with 100% brand beef known as 'Chita Beef'! Chita Beef is carefully raised in the gentle climate of Chita, surrounded by the sea in the southwestern part of Aichi Prefecture. Chita Beef is meat cattle that have been fattened for over a year on the Chita Peninsula, characterized by the tenderness and sweetness of Wagyu, along with the refreshing and mild flavor of dairy cattle. The meat quality is very tender, and when you eat it, a rich umami with a hint of sweetness spreads in your mouth.
We selected buns that bring out the flavor of Chita beef and pair well with BEAVER's original sauce! These buns have a gentle sweetness that is a perfect match!
