The dishes are centered around fish, and the daily recommendations are easy to understand and exciting. When I express my preferences, the staff selects sake for me, and it's fun to try various options. The sashimi is fresh, and the sweet shrimp brings a smile to my face. The tempura, chawanmushi, and simmered dishes are all crafted with care, ensuring satisfaction until the end. The yosenabe tofu pairs well with salt, and the handmade satsuma-age is fluffy and perfect for snacking. You can also enjoy sparkling wine, sake, and sour drinks, which pair well with the seafood dishes.
