The exterior, with its wooden walls and tiled roof, has a retro feel that excites you even before you enter. Inside, it is clean, with counter seats and table seating in a tatami room, allowing for a relaxed dining experience. The pork cutlet is fragrant, perfectly fried, and very delicious. The shredded cabbage is extremely fine and plentiful, pairing well with the flavor of the sauce. There is also a pork cutlet with sweet miso, which, when combined with the sauce, creates a synergistic effect that makes it even tastier. The miso soup is well-made, and I appreciate that it contains small pieces of tofu at the bottom.
