A fantastic harmony of Jangsu noodles' secret sauce and Yeongsan sesame oil. Highly recommended.
Homemade young radish kimchi and the sweet and sour dongchimi broth are amazing.
The broth, made with anchovy stock that has a rich umami flavor, features gochujang as the main ingredient, along with a bit of doenjang and savory chadolbagi (brisket). The soup is absolutely fantastic. It is highly recommended to mix rice into the jang kalguksu.

The taste that everyone knows. You can enjoy it comfortably. I confidently present it. It's really delicious.
