The interior has a traditional Japanese design that creates a calm atmosphere, making you feel at ease the moment you enter. The menu only has unaju (grilled eel over rice) divided into three sizes, so it's easy to make a decision without hesitation. The unaju that was served was crispy and fragrant on the outside, while the inside was fluffy and had a texture that melted in the mouth. The slightly sweet sauce soaked into the rice, and using the table's sansho pepper or extra sauce allows for a change in flavor. Combining it with green onions, pickled sakura ginger, and wasabi gives a refreshing aftertaste that keeps it interesting until the end. The arrangement of the seats and the speed at which the dishes arrive are also smooth, making it a place that feels comfortable to visit even alone.
