You can see the cooking from the counter, and I feel excited by the neatly arranged knives. The staff's greetings are pleasant, creating a comfortable atmosphere from the start. The sashimi of winter yellowtail has a rich flavor of fat that brings a smile to my face. The rolled omelet has a gentle taste of dashi that is comforting. The tempura of maitake mushrooms and the grilled silver cod are also carefully prepared, making the drinks go down smoothly. The liver soy sauce of the leatherjacket and the kimchi hot pot, all have a deliciousness that feels like it took effort, making for a happy time.
