The top loin cutlet set meal is fairly tasty, but it is not of the highest quality. It is over-fried, not fluffy, and a bit hard. However, you can order more rice and cabbage, so there is no problem in terms of volume. If you are not concerned about quality and want to fill up, this is a good place to go.
