A generous serving of premium eel (Japanese eel) served with a large portion of rice! A jewel of a dish that can only be tasted at the Chiba Asumigaoka store! This is an ultra-luxurious product where the eel intertwines in an X shape on top of the box!
A collaboration product of roasted chicken from the famous restaurant 'Torishu' in Okayama Prefecture and eel from Naruse. It is a greedy and reasonable dish.
This is a luxurious dish made with a whole Japanese eel. A large serving of rice is an additional 100 yen. This is our most popular product.
This is a rice bowl using half of a Japanese eel (head or tail). It is the most popular product among women! (Can accommodate large rice servings (100 yen) or small servings as well)
This is a medium size between pine and plum, using 3/4 Japanese eel. It is recommended for customers who feel that the pine is a bit too much.
This is a 'Tori Kabaju' (Roasted Chicken Box) developed for customers who are not fond of eel, featuring the famous roasted chicken from Okayama's renowned restaurant 'Torishu'. It pairs perfectly with mayonnaise and chili pepper! (When served in the restaurant, mayonnaise and chili pepper are provided for free.)
The eel used is Lostarata (American species), which has a texture similar to white fish. It has sufficient umami and many fans among our customers. Recommended for customers who want a light meal. Regular Plum (half) 1600 yen, Regular Bamboo 2200 yen (3/4 tail), Regular Pine 2600 yen (one tail)
