Sourced directly from a farmer cultivating garlic chives in Kochi Prefecture. We also pay attention to the rice. We use carefully grown rice from Nida in Kochi Prefecture, which is cultivated with great care in a climate with significant temperature differences, and it pairs perfectly with the sauce.
It is said that the taste is similar to mapo tofu, but it is not spicy enough for children to eat. Please enjoy the addictive deliciousness.
As a classic way to eat, after eating the noodles, pour the rice into the sauce. Alternatively, it's also recommended to enjoy it as sauced rice without pouring, so please enjoy both flavors.
