Il ristorante "Shabu-shabu Asari" di Hakodate è orgoglioso di offrire shabu-shabu preparato con pregiato manzo wagyu di grado A5, fornito da una storica macelleria fondata nel 1901. Il wagyu selezionato ha un grasso non eccessivo e una consistenza che si scioglie in bocca.
