The dashimaki, with its full flavor of dashi, was the best dashimaki I have ever had. The dashiwari is also excellent, and the excellence of the dashi can be seen from the superbness of the dashimaki. The hine meat has a firm texture but is not tough, making it easy to eat and delicious. The snacks were also tasty, and the drinks went down well, making for a very satisfying time. Again, we are very satisfied.
