The 5-piece and 10-piece options come in a box, making them popular as souvenirs. *We also accept requests for box assortments of 10 pieces or more, so please let our staff know your desired quantity.

This cheesecake features the fresh flavor of milk, made with 'Hokkaido Dairy Cooperative Hokkaido Cream Cheese', produced fresh to order every weekend. Additionally, a generous blend of concentrated yogurt made from fresh milk sourced from the Sapporo area, including Ebetsu, is mixed in, along with fresh Hokkaido cream and rich, delicious eggs from Ebetsu, resulting in a rich milk flavor with a refreshing acidity. *Please note that there may be cases where the product is out of stock or not available due to product changes.
This popular New York cheesecake is baked in a 12 cm whole size, slightly smaller than the cut size for souvenirs, serving 3 to 4 people.
We use our most popular self-roasted coffee beans 'Premium Blend', which were also used at the Lake Toya Summit in Hokkaido, in our coffee menu. Please take it out.
