In a place surrounded by greenery, the interior is open and very calming. From the window, you can see Lake Toya and the herb fields, and just looking at them eases your mood. The buckwheat galette has a wonderful aroma, and the combination of ham, vegetables, and eggs was perfect. The cold corn soup leaves a lasting impression with the sweetness of the ingredients coming through clearly. The fresh herbal tea after the meal spreads the fragrance of freshly picked herbs, bringing a feeling of happiness. The mint-infused water and the mint-scented iced coffee were refreshing, allowing for a pleasant experience until the end.
