A renowned hand-made soba restaurant steeped in history

Soba Ogawa is a hand-made soba shop located in a renovated old stone warehouse in the heart of Obihiro City. The soba enjoyed in the restaurant's richly atmospheric interior is flavorful and has a smooth texture, made from a carefully blended selection of soba flour, primarily sourced from Mashu. The balance with the dipping sauce is exquisite, providing a taste that remains enjoyable until the very last bite. Spending time in this historic building offers a special dining experience.

It is conveniently located within walking distance from the station, and there is parking available for cars. The interior has a calm atmosphere, and everyone enjoys their soba quietly. The cold soba dipping sauce has a pleasant aroma, and the noodles are slightly thick with a good texture, which made me very satisfied. The egg drop soup has a gentle broth that seeps into the body, providing comfort. The spicy grated daikon served on top adds a sharp spiciness that enhances the flavor of the soba. The instructions on how to eat are thorough, allowing you to enjoy the change in flavor when you break the egg.
