A ramen shop with addictive flavors

Ramen Uminari is renowned for its unique miso ramen. The menu features a variety of options, including back-fat salt tonkotsu and spicy miso ramen, each with its own distinctive flavor profile. The miso ramen, in particular, is characterized by a clear and rich broth made using Chinese techniques, offering a deep taste that is unforgettable once experienced. It is also popular for options beyond ramen, making it a beloved spot for many.

It's a style where you buy a meal ticket and wait at your seat, making the process easy to understand. The back fat salt pork bone broth has a rich white soup that is flavorful without feeling heavy, despite the fat. The soy sauce soup has a mild sweetness that pairs well with the curly noodles. The spicy miso has a spiciness from chili peppers that spreads within the sweetness, making the flavor changes enjoyable. I appreciate being able to choose the type of noodles, the amount of fat, and whether or not to include pickled ginger. The cooking is quick, and I am impressed by the staff's efficiency.
