A Perfect Fusion of Yakitori and Ramen

Toribun Yakitori is a restaurant that satisfies both yakitori enthusiasts and ramen lovers. The deliciousness of the yakitori is well-known, especially the rich flavor and umami of the Awaodori chicken. Additionally, an unexpected delight is the ramen, featuring a rich, cloudy broth and tender chashu that is simply exquisite. It is loved by many as a lunch spot during the day and as a yakitori izakaya in the evening.

This shop is conveniently located right near Anan Station, making it easy to stop by. The skewers of Awaodori chicken, grilled to perfection, have a firm texture and burst with flavor in one bite. The skewers with cartilage have a delightful crunch that makes you want to order more. The ramen with a milky white broth that I ordered to finish was rich yet had a light aftertaste, pairing excellently with the thin noodles. Dipping the thick-cut chashu into the broth before eating it was irresistible due to its tenderness and juiciness. The fried oysters were also juicy on the inside, with a creamy richness that left me very satisfied.
