Pork from Kagoshima Prefecture! We have recreated the style and taste of Busan, Korea and offer it here at Busanjeong. Pork is rich in vitamin B1. The special griddle allows excess fat to be drained off the meat, making it a "healthy barbeque" and an "eating esthetic" that is very popular with our customers.
