I went to Wakamatsu because I heard they serve delicious fugu (blowfish). I was happy to see that I could enjoy the tesa, which I was looking for, starting with the skin, in a single portion that I could enjoy slowly. The tender, hot albacore and fried fish were served for four people, and all were very tasty. We also ordered an additional plate of tenmaki, which was also delicious. The sayori sashimi and filet mignon were also really good, and I found the restaurant to be a great place to eat anything. The staff at the restaurant was very nice and I would like to go back again.
